Welcome to Lappo. We are a small, senior design studio based in Indonesia, working across brand design, visual identity, and web design and development. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”).

In these Terms, “Lappo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the studio, and “you” refers to anyone who visits or uses the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site exists to share information about Lappo, showcase our work and make it easy to get in touch. You may use it for lawful purposes in line with these Terms, including to:

• Browse our work, services and studio information

• Contact us through the contact form or by email

• Sign up for studio updates using the email field in the footer

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time, without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, images, video and code, is owned by Lappo or used with permission. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client work is shown to illustrate our experience. Trademarks, logos and brand assets created for clients remain the property of their respective owners.

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content

• Use our work, or client work shown on the Site, in your own portfolio, pitches or products

• Modify, adapt or create derivative works from Site content

• Use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

You are welcome to share links to pages on the Site. For any other use, please contact us at lappo@gmail.com.

You can contact us about a potential project through the contact form or by email. The details you share help us understand your needs and respond to your enquiry.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or client relationship, and does not oblige either party to proceed with a project. Any timelines, estimates or ideas we share in response are indicative only and are not a binding offer.

Client projects are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Lappo. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence for the project concerned.

Please avoid sharing highly confidential information in an initial enquiry. If needed, we can discuss confidentiality terms before going into detail.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or extract content or data from the Site by automated means

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s security, performance or functionality

• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code

• Submit false, misleading, abusive or spam content through the contact form or the footer email field

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

The Site is built and hosted on Framer. Its fonts, images and files are delivered through the platform’s content delivery network, and contact form submissions are processed by Framer’s form service and delivered to us by email.

The Site links to our profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, Dribbble and Behance, and may embed third-party media. These services are run by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, availability or practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of them is at your own discretion and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or reliability.

Case studies and project descriptions show examples of our approach and past work. They do not guarantee similar results for any future project.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lappo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities

• Loss arising from interruptions, delays or errors in the Site’s operation

• Loss arising from reliance on content published on the Site

• Damage caused by viruses or other harmful code

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including the details you share through the contact form or the footer email field.

Our Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings page explain how the Site uses cookies and browser storage, and how you can manage them through your browser settings. Please read these documents alongside these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

If you live outside Indonesia, for example in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our services or applicable law. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

If you continue to use the Site after changes are published, you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms straight away, this does not mean we have waived our right to do so later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, set out the full terms for using the Site. Separate client agreements apply to project work.
